Due to the digital nature of our products, Studio Gail does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once a file has been delivered, access cannot be revoked, and therefore all purchases are non-refundable.

Each template is clearly described in the shop, including details and free use of included fonts, colors, and photography unless otherwise noted. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.

Customization or personal support is not included in the purchase of a template.
