There’s something about the year’s end that always feels like an invitation to slow down. And as we shift toward even slower seasons and winter in its fullness, the air feels heavy with emotion—in the best way. It’s a (good) overwhelm, full of both soft moments of reflection and exciting plans that inevitably fill the calendar.
Sharing these monthly moments with you is one of my favorite things, so here’s a peek into November—what’s been happening, what’s been inspiring, and all the little moments that have made this month sweet.
November has always had a way of making me feel deeply. It feels like the soft exhale at the end of a busy, beautiful chapter that was the entire year. I’ve been spending a lot of time journaling and letting myself dream about the next season. Putting words to the spaces I’ve outgrown and the ones I’m ready to step into in the new year. There’s something so grounding about sitting with questions: What feels aligned? Where am I ready to step in and stretch? How do I want this next season to feel?
In between all that reflection, life has been full in the best ways. Bowie (our doxie puppy for those who don’t know) continues to keep me on my toes with his sweetness and stubbornness. I’ve also been spending more time with family than usual—traveling up the East Coast, hosting in laws at our little townhouse by the sea, waking early to scatter ashes into the ocean at sunrise, and holding onto loved ones just a little tighter this year.
This month has been full of inquiry calls, launch strategies, and project kickoffs. I’m wrapping up a handful of dream projects, booking January and February start dates, and dreaming up big changes for 2025—think more resources, deeper 1:1 opportunities, and a few things I can’t wait to share.
But the true highlight of this month? The launch of my HoneyBook template shop!! This has been a labor of love for months, and seeing it live has been so exciting and so rewarding. So many sweet clients and new friends have sent texts, emails, and DMs raving about the new templates, and my heart is so full. So hey, if you’re looking to streamline your workflow for the new year (and save some time for the things you love most), be sure to check them out.
And if you haven’t already, make sure you’re subscribed to the studio newsletter to stay in the loop on all the newness.
Oh, Pinterest. My happy place. Lately, my boards have been overflowing with that new vision I’m dreaming up for myself, my studio, my home, my life—dreamy breakfast nooks, homemade recipes, content inspiration, design ideas, and (naturally) much more.
P.S. If you want to see all the things I share in these monthly files in one place, I’ve got you.
November has been a month of endings and beginnings—a season of slowing down. A season we could all lean into a bit farther, I think. An invitation to rest, to breathe, to reflect. I hope this month has brought you moments of joy, reflection, and connection.
Have the best Thanksgiving, friends. Let’s savor the season ahead.
